Step 1
Make a heart shape with your hands and ask a friend to take a photo or video of you.
Step 2
Post the photo/video with the words ‘I’m a lover not a fighter, Let’s help end domestic abuse. Pledge your support.
Step 3
Share on social media. Use #lovernotfighter #hearthands and nominate your friends.
People can and do escape domestic abuse and recover from their experience. This story can be changed. Let’s not keep it in the dark.
